This document explains how Shiyan Chaoyang E-commerce Co., Ltd. processes information in connection with NoireHub, a social application distributed exclusively through Google Play for Android. Processing activities covered here include account authentication, feed and profile presentation, user matching, messaging, optional voice and image sharing, and real-time video sessions initiated by users. By registering, signing in, or continuing to use NoireHub after the effective date above, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy.
Information processed through NoireHub is protected using a combination of access controls, transport security, and operational monitoring practices calibrated to the risks of a user-generated content platform.
Access governance. Production databases, file storage, and administrative interfaces are reachable only by authorized personnel performing defined operational roles. Authentication and permission boundaries reduce the likelihood of unauthorized internal access.
Transmission and storage. Data moving between your Android device and our servers is typically encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols such as TLS where supported. Stored data is organized so that sensitive account and communication records are not broadly exposed beyond systems that require access to deliver the service.
Incident response. We review logs and alerts for indicators of compromise, abuse, or unauthorized access. Where we identify a confirmed security incident affecting personal data and notification is required by law, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected individuals and regulators as applicable.
Your role. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely risk-free. Protect your account by choosing a strong password, not sharing credentials, and keeping your Android device updated. Report suspected unauthorized access to euradiorempiowill@gmail.com without delay.
NoireHub is not intended for anyone under 18. The App is designed for adults and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
During registration or when prompted, you may be asked to confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not perform in-app age verification beyond initial user confirmation. If you are under 18, you must not create an account or use any feature of NoireHub.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will delete that information and close the associated account as soon as reasonably practicable. If you believe a minor has provided data through NoireHub, contact euradiorempiowill@gmail.com with details so we can investigate.
Android permissions in NoireHub are tied to explicit user actions. We do not activate sensitive device capabilities at startup, while you passively browse, or when the app is in the background.

Age requirement. NoireHub serves users aged 18 and above who want to browse social content, discover profiles, match with others, and communicate through text, images, voice, and optional video.
Account model. NoireHub supports account creation. Registration may require an email address, authentication credentials, a display name or nickname, and optional profile information. Your account ID ties together chat history, matching activity, subscription entitlements, and settings.
Permission-light browsing. Viewing the home feed, opening user detail pages, and browsing the match tab generally does not require camera, microphone, or photos/media permissions. Permissions apply when you take a specific action—sending an image, recording voice, capturing an avatar, or joining video chat.
Subscriptions. NoireHub offers Subscriptions (details vary by in-app product listing). Google Play processes payments; we receive subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction metadata needed to grant paid features, not full payment card numbers.
NoireHub is structured around four primary areas: a home feed for content and discovery; a matching area for profile recommendations; a chat area for messaging; and a personal center for profile management, settings, and legal documents.
Processing for social features. Text, images, voice recordings, and video streams you create are processed to deliver messages, display profiles, maintain conversation history, support matching logic, and establish video sessions.
Device and diagnostic data. Device model, Android version, app build, language, network type, crash logs, and usage events help us maintain stability, investigate errors, and improve performance.
WebView legal content. User Terms, this Privacy Policy, child-safety information, and account deletion guidance may load in an in-app WebView from the personal center. These pages present compliance information only and are not used for cross-app advertising tracking.
We may revise this Privacy Policy when features, legal obligations, or our processing practices change. Material updates will be communicated through in-app notice, an updated effective date, or another reasonable channel before the revised version applies.

Shiyan Chaoyang E-commerce Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal data processed through NoireHub and determines the purposes and means of that processing under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where it applies.
Privacy Officer serves as our designated contact for data protection compliance and privacy governance. Users may contact the DPO regarding data protection and privacy matters at euradiorempiowill@gmail.com. The DPO receives and routes inquiries about how we process personal data, how to exercise applicable privacy rights, and how NoireHub aligns with legal obligations. Messages to this address are reviewed under our identity verification and response procedures.
NoireHub is available in Global markets. Personal data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside your residence, including locations that may not offer equivalent data protection to your home jurisdiction.
Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, written processor agreements, and contractual limitations on secondary use. Infrastructure partners process data only on our instructions and for defined service purposes.
Your use of NoireHub indicates understanding that cross-border processing may occur to support hosting, analytics, security, and customer assistance described in this policy.
This Privacy Policy governs NoireHub on Google Play for Android devices only. It does not apply to iOS, the Apple App Store, IDFA, or Apple-specific APIs.
Permission behavior, scoped storage references, runtime permission dialogs, and subscription mechanics described here follow Android and Google Play conventions. If NoireHub is distributed on additional platforms in the future, we will publish supplemental notices where required.
For regions where a legal basis or lawful basis must be stated under GDPR-style rules, we rely on the following grounds and map primary activities accordingly.
Performance of a contract. Account registration, authentication, feed delivery, matching, messaging, video sessions, and subscription entitlement management require processing that is necessary to provide the services you request under our User Terms.
Legitimate interests. We process device metrics, security logs, and limited usage analytics to keep the platform stable, detect fraud, and improve reliability. We balance these interests against your privacy rights and offer objection rights where applicable law requires.
Consent. Camera, microphone, and photos/media processing for optional features depends on permission grants through Android dialogs or in-app choices. You may withdraw consent by revoking permissions or declining optional features, though related functions may cease.
Legal obligation. We may retain or disclose data to comply with valid legal process, tax rules, regulatory inquiries, or lawful authority requests.

Information processed in NoireHub comes from direct user input, automated collection during use, and limited Google Play transaction metadata.
You provide: email and account credentials; profile fields and avatars; text, image, voice, and video content sent through chat, matching, or video features; and details in support messages.
Collected automatically: device model, OS version, app version, language, IP address, network type, session timestamps, feature interaction events, crash logs, and security-related signals.
From Google Play: subscription status, purchase tokens, and billing metadata for Android subscription management.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, SMS, or call logs based on current permissions.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, delete, restrict, object to, or port personal data, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and complain to a supervisory authority.
Correction and rectification. If you believe personal data or personal information we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request correction or rectification by emailing euradiorempiowill@gmail.com with enough detail to locate the record and describe the update needed. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.

In-app path. Open NoireHub and navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Follow the on-screen confirmation to complete account deletion. This option is available from the personal center alongside User Terms and account deletion guidance.
Out-of-app request. If you cannot use in-app deletion, email euradiorempiowill@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and information sufficient to verify your identity. We will process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to retention exceptions in the Retention section.
Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland may exercise GDPR-style rights including access, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including access, deletion, correction, and the right to know what personal information we collect.
